Project engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written scope, timeline and cost agreed before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in milestones. Work on a subsequent milestone begins once the previous invoice is settled.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the delivered project work transfers to the client. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks.
Confidentiality
Information you share about your business, product or systems is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
